Temple Vandalised in Malappuram

Kalikavu: More than 700 Chuutu Villakku ” (Lamps surrounding the Temple walls ) were destroyed by Anti Hindus here in BhagavathiTemple. Though Police arrested the culprits who vandalised the temples, their names were not yet publicised.

The whole 700 lamps are lighted during this period of temple festival in connection with Kalampattu during deeparadhana in the temple.Under Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi Hindus observed hartal in the area.

Temples in Mallapuram were always the target of Anti Hindus, ever since the attack by Hyderali and his son Tippu. During the so called “Freedom Struggle” in 1921 Hundreds of Temples were destroyed after looting. When our cultural leaders and Seculars cried from roof top when a disputed structure in birth place of Rama was destroyed they purposefully ignored the destruction of scores of Temple in Mallapuram district.

The case in connection with the burning the main gate of Angadippuram Tali Siva temple by Jihadis also has been sabotaged. Hindus in Mallapuram district are the torch bearers of Sanathana Dharma who haven’t succumbed to torture and violence for more than a century and no evil forces can deter their spirit of dharma by any such cowardly acts.

Temple Vandalised in Malappuram
Though it's a brutal act and to be ptotested strongly against it, we should keep our calm till the names of the culprits come out. We can't expect any support from the Political leaders, who ran to the spot when a christian church attacked in nedumbassery, and finally found it's done by their own 'Sakhavu'.
I am totally agree with Mr.Venugopal and suggest our leader ship not to go for hartal or bandhs.

Creative mobilisation of swayamsevaks.
I call upon Sangha Parivar not to call for hartals or bandhs when anything untoward happens from the Hindutva point of view. Such hartals and bandhs, however localized, would only turn out to be holding the public to ransom. Since the majority of the pubic is Hindu, whom does it benefit? We should under such circumstances, work to nab the culprits and hand them over to the police or identify them for the police to handle.

We should have nothing to do with hartals and bandhs. This is an ugly communist legacy. Just like the ugly Urudu slogan "Inquilab Zindabad" when we have the short and sweet "Jai".

May I add that we must make our swayamsevaks proficient in "intelligence" work. For example, when a swayamsevak is killed or a temple vandalized, why don't we seek to find out who did it by looking for circumstantial evidence? All criminals would inevitably leave behind clues. We must be trained as to what we should first do when we reach a crime spot. Maybe like cordoning off the place so that clues are not destroyed unintendedly by a crowd which would gather there. In OTC classes should be given on subjects like first aid, cordoning off an area for clues, reaching a victim to hospital, taking to legal recourse etc. This would give our swayamsevaks practical knowledge that would be helpful to us. Every swayamsevak who has a mobile phone must be told to have the phone numbers of Karyakartas of the area so that information can be passed on in times of crisis and advice sought. A call for hartal or bandh would only make us thoughtless and the public helpless.
