29/09/2008 12:34:12 HK Kanyakumari: Hindus thwarted here an attempt by Christians and District authorities to remove a recently installed moorthy of Hanumanji.
The 24 foot moorthy was installed near Sunset point in Kanyakumari with the permission of Panchayath. , But Christians who sees red in anything Hindu influenced the Pseudosecular DMK in Chennai to remove the moorthy. As usual Christians with the support of the World Council of Churches and the atheist DMK government have mounted violence against the Hanuman statue.
Christian hooligans and miscreants with the guidance from the Bishops Council have vandalized the premise and desecrated the Hanuman statue. This atrocious incident against Hindu divine deities is a continuation of Christian violence against Hindu Swamis, temples and Hindu organizations that have occured recently in Orissa and Karnataka. With the active support of mindless media and bogus secularists, Christians are trying to secure funds from abroad for conversion. Blame the victims is a Christian game.
On Sunday, an attempt by district authorities to remove the statue was thwarted by Hindus with support of Hindu organisations including BJP, Hindu Munani and Shiv Sena. Hindus formed a human cordon around it to prevent any authorities from going near to it.
Kanyakumari, the lands end of India is known for the famous Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Center and the statue of Swami Vivekananda. For several years, Christians have waged a relentless violent protest against Swami Vivekananda statue. RSS and Hindu organizations mounted all India protest against Christian atrocities and were successful in erecting the statue of Swami Vivekananda on the rocks.
A major paradox of indian life seems to be that government institutions and the church are against the majority Hindus. Police, judiciary and the bureaucracy and other institutional services are increasingly acting against disorganized Hindus and Hindu cultural values. Anti Hindu phenomena in India has reached so widespread as pathological. Hindus need to oragnize and become assertive in protecting and promoting Hindu rights.
