NEW DELHI: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad yesterday dismissed the Centre's 'initiatives' to end the Amarnath land row as it would not fructify unless there is a talk to restore land to Amarnath Shrine Board.
The meeting convened by the Prime Minister is an insult to the majority Hindu community of the country as the resolution had no mention of the giving back of the land, said VHP leader Dr. Praveen Bhai Togadia.
The Hindu outfit called for a nationwide road blockade on August 13.
"The agitation is not restricted to Jammu alone. The nation would come to standstill on August 13", Togadia claimed.
Togadia also objected to the use of army against the nationalist protestors. The UPA government is using army to fulfil its political agenda. You cannot pitch the army against the nationalist demonstrators. We object to such actions," he said.

Hindu Front in Kerala.As told by Patriotic Indian, For time being and for the sake of Hindu unity, we can support Vellappally Nadesan as CM or for his political aspirations. No doubts about his guts for talking for Hindu causes and he is defenetly a choice for Hindus in Kerala at this moment.But we can not trust him on his stand, becasue he used to change his stand frequently. Also he is willing to work together with Jihadi Leader like Madani !. Hence, we should have a leader like Bal Thackeray with guts from the SANGH FAMILY to lead the HINDU FRONT IN KERALA and we can give support and posts to Vellappally etc for the sake of Hindu Unity and Hindu growth financially and culturally. As stated by sealion, we are expecting an ARMED REVOLUTION also in India by Hindu forces in order to re-gain our identity and protect our interest in our own HINDUSTAN....

Shambo Rudra Mahadeva...Yes. VHP is correct. There is no other option left. Land should be given back to Amarnath Shrine board.The demand is minimum and very secular in all respect.It is trajedy that belivers of Amrnath should agitate for 40 acres of land in India!

Make India a Hindu Nation or apply Uniform civil code all its citizens..Since still India is not a Hindu republic, there is no point of providing minority status and facilities for Christians and Muslims. We must have uniform civil code as still India is a secular country and Indian Govt. should treat all Indian citizens under the same law.

100 acres - a test case
The 100 acres of land for Amarnath has become a test case as to whether secularism also means respect for Hindu sentiments. We have to beware of the tricks the government may play on the Hindus. They might, for instance, say that temporary facilities shall be provided for the pilgrims and we should not bother as to whom the land belongs. If pilgrims’ facilities are taken care of, then what are the Hindus of Jammu agitating for? So call off your strike.We must not be fooled. Why can't Hindus have 100 acres of land? Let this question be answered first and all other answers shall follow.
