No one can question allotment of land in Amarnath: Advani

NEW DELHI: In a veiled attack on some Kashmiri leaders, senior BJP leader L K Advani on Sunday said no one can question allotment of land for Amarnath pilgrims in the valley declaring that "every Indian has the right on every inch of land" in the country and nobody can resist it.
Advani also said those opposing allotment of the land in Kashmir are challenging the constitutional fact that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of the country.
Criticising the forces opposed to the allotment of land Advani said, "They say how can you give land to outsiders in Kashmir... Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and whoever raises questions about this issue will have to pay for it."
He was speaking at a function to release the special issue of a children's magazine dedicated to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
"This is not a question of Amarnath only or of a Shrine. They are saying it is okay that you have alloted land for Vaishno Devi in Jammu but how can you allot land in Kashmir," said BJP's prime ministerial candidate.
"And if somebody tries to resist that means he or she is challenging the constitutional fact that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India. Therefore, we will oppose their move with all our might and we will win," said Advani in an apparent reference to the campaign by opponents of land transfer.
Comparing the present agitation in Jammu over the Amarnath issue to the protest launched by Jana Sangh ideologue Shyama Prasad Mukherjee 55 years ago for cancelling the "visa" system for those visiting Jammu and Kashmir, BJP leader L K Advani yesterday said "we have turned a full circle".
"Shyama Prasad Mukherjee had promised the people during that agitation that he would either get the permit system abolished or sacrifice his life ... Today (after the Amarnath agitation) we seem to have turned a full circle," Advani said.

Amarnath land

Never mind about people in India quesitoning it, pakistan is questioning it and this knocked-kneed government gives wishy-washy responses. And in addition the human rights people have also jumped on the issue as soon as action was taken against the muslims. there was no outcry when Hindus were being killed by the police but as soon as the muslims were killed they start called for restraint. what a bunch of humbug scum-bags.

settle jindus in kashmir

Center should scrap special previliges to kashmir.Hindus should be allowed to settle anywhere in kashmir.Govt should give special previliges to those hindus who settle in kashmir.Change the demography and that is the only solution. The problem is most political party leaders are weak and they dont care for the nation or for the future. Why should we give special prviliges to a bunch of goons in kashmir whose allegiance is towards our enemy and why should hard working indians should spend their tax money for them!!

Do or die

This is now a do or die situation for the majority community in India. The people of Jammu have really shown how to lead protests, without much violence and blood shed. Support them with all our might.Today if Hindus again succumb to the pseudo-seculars, Muslim jehadis know that they will win all ways and start creating problems all across India (as if that is not already happening).Kashmiris need to be shown a harsh sign of reality. Let them start smelling the coffee.

Secularism

We need a nationalist government who concerns about the country and it's people than pakistan and Bengladesh lovers in this country.

100 acres already encroached by Muslims

The first step to unravel the tight knit network the separatists have built up in Kashmir is to permanently transfer 100 acres of land to Amarnath shrine. Any compromise on this will only strengthen the separatists and inspire Muslims all over India to work for the second partition of India. It is also not widely known that the 100 acres of land, said to belong to the forest department, have already been encroached by Muslims. These encroachers have to be evicted and a clear title should be transferred to the temple.
